Veg Bruschetta 2 Ways

  • Baguette
  • 1 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Small Onion Chopped
  • 5 gm Chopped fresh Basil leave
  • 2-3 Chopped Garlic
  • 30 gm Grilled Artichoke Hearts
  • 10 gm Parmesan Cheese shavings
  • 20 gm Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • salt
  • Olive oil


  • Take a Baguette. Cut it into slices. Grill the slices

For Tomato and Onion Bruschetta :

  • On slice of baguette, put some chopped tomato, garlic, onion, basil and some mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some salt to taste. Grill for 2 mins.

For Artichoke Bruschetta:

  • On slice of baguette, arrange grilled artichoke and garnish with parmesan cheese.Sprinkle some salt to taste.

Arrange all slices on platter and serve
