Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chopped Lettuce
  • 1 Chopped Apple
  • 1/2 cup Chopped seedless Grapes
  • 1/2 cup Chopped toasted walnuts

For Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Pinch of freshly grounded Black Pepper

Instructions

  • For preparing the dressing, in a medium sized bowl whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, honey,  salt and freshly grounded black pepper.
  • Stir in the chopped Apple, Grapes and Walnuts in the dressing.
  • In a bowl, place lettuce and then pour all the ingredients on the bed of fresh lettuce.
  • Serve
