Soda Machine collects account details, profile information, song metadata, audio, lyrics, payment status, searches, and catalog interactions to authenticate users, evaluate and match songs, process payments, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

We use a first-party, anonymous browser identifier to measure unique visitors and page activity for service and advertising-campaign analysis. The identifier is stored in a secure cookie for up to one year. Traffic records include the anonymous identifier, visit time, page path, conversion milestone, short error category, device class, referring domain, and campaign tags when present. We do not record passwords, form contents, keystrokes, song files, raw IP addresses, or raw browser user-agent strings in these analytics records.

Audio is stored privately and shared with verified industry users through limited access. Payments are handled by Stripe; Soda Machine does not store full card numbers. AI evaluation data may be sent to the configured AI provider for analysis. When Industry Pros use ML brief matching, their brief and candidate song catalog metadata are sent to Together AI to estimate relevance. That matching request does not include audio, lyrics, account details or songwriter contact information.

We do not sell personal information. Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Use customer support to request access, correction, deletion or help with your information. Removing content does not necessarily remove records needed for security, payments or disputes. We do not promise that providers never retain inputs or use them for service improvement unless their applicable terms and configuration support that promise.
