Soda Machine collects account details, profile information, song metadata, audio, lyrics, payment status, searches, and catalog interactions to authenticate users, evaluate and match songs, process payments, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

Audio is stored privately and shared with verified industry users through limited access. Payments are handled by Stripe; Soda Machine does not store full card numbers. AI evaluation data may be sent to the configured AI provider for analysis.

We do not sell personal information. Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
