Ownership and submission authority

You retain ownership of your submissions. Submit only material you own or are authorized by all relevant rights holders to submit. Your song-specific disclosures must accurately describe human and AI contributions and the rights available for the proposed use. Revise inaccurate disclosures promptly. Do not submit uncleared samples, unauthorized cloned voices, or AI outputs whose applicable license does not permit the proposed use.

Permission to operate the service

By submitting, you authorize Soda Machine and its service providers to store, process and analyze your submitted audio, lyrics and metadata, and, after eligible activation, to present previews and evaluation downloads to verified industry professionals. This permission is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership or give an industry user commercial exploitation rights.

AI evaluation and matching

Scores and recommendations are internal assessments, not legal clearance, copyright verification, or promises of commercial success. Pitch readiness and estimated match relevance are separate. Provider failures and model limitations can affect results. Public opportunity findings require verification at the original source; Soda Machine does not automatically submit songs.

Industry evaluation use

Professional access is subject to verification. Previews and downloads are for evaluation only. Any recording, distribution, public posting, licensing or other commercial exploitation requires a separate agreement with the appropriate rights holders. Do not redistribute files, scrape the catalog, use submissions for model training or datasets, share credentials, or misrepresent your affiliation.

Payments and conduct

See the payment and credit policy and privacy policy. We may limit, suspend or remove content or access to address abuse, disputed rights or security problems. We retain relevant transaction and audit records when needed to resolve disputes and meet obligations. Use support for service problems, rights complaints or privacy requests.

Beta service

The service remains in beta and may change. To the extent permitted by law, Soda Machine is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or decisions made from an evaluation. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
