Your rights and permissions

You may submit only songs, lyrics, recordings, and information you own or are authorized to use. You retain ownership. You grant Soda Machine the limited permission needed to store, analyze, preview, match, and deliver your submissions through the service.

Evaluation and outcomes

AI pitch-readiness feedback is an opinion, not a promise of commercial success. Scores may be reviewed or corrected. Industry users must not redistribute catalog material outside an authorized business purpose.

Payments and conduct

Activation fees are shown before checkout. Do not misuse accounts, scrape the catalog, impersonate industry professionals, or infringe another person's rights. We may suspend content or access to protect users and the service.

Beta service

The service is provided on a beta basis and may change. To the extent permitted by law, Soda Machine is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or decisions made from an evaluation.
