Review credits

Four AI A&R review credits cost $1. Each new or revised submission uses one review credit. There is no free retry. Purchased and promotional credits expire three calendar months after receipt, are for platform services, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. A technical review failure restores the review credit; an unfavorable completed score does not.

Catalog activation and Pitch Packs

The current standalone activation price is $4.99 per qualifying song. Pitch Pack and bundle prices are displayed before checkout. Payment does not guarantee a score, discovery, consideration, download, placement, contact or cut. Activation charges apply only to eligible songs.

Payment problems

Report duplicate charges, paid purchases that were not delivered, missing credits, or technical errors through customer support. We review the payment and service records before resolving the request. Activation fees are otherwise non-refundable once activation succeeds, except where required by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
