Refund Policy

Activation fees pay to place an eligible song in the active catalog. If a payment is duplicated or the song is not activated because of a technical error, contact Soda Machine for review. Fees are otherwise non-refundable once activation succeeds, except where required by law. An evaluation score, match, Gold Star, contact, option, or cut is never guaranteed.
